I am back at the pole dancing classes again, and the first one for this session was last night. Man, my quads are killing me today. At least I know I worked them hard! After being away from it for 4 months, I guess I’m a little rusty. I think I just need more practice and then I’ll be awesome. I’m thinking about getting my own pole, I’m just not sure where I would put it. I’d want one that you can take up and down quite easily because I wouldn’t want it up all the time. Especially since my grandmother has this nasty habit of just dropping by unannounced ;)
In other news, it's exactly 200 days until my wedding! YAY! I am so excited and the planning is going really well. We've made a lot of progress in the last few weeks!

Hey, I for one, never think that pole dancing looks easy! I'm sure you'll be a "pro" again in no time! :)
Out of curiosity, how many AP's do you count for the class?? I would think it's pretty intense...
WW online doesn't have "pole dancing" in their list of activities!
Since half the class is warm-up and stretching, and the pole work is only 30 minutes and there is 1 pole for 3 people, I count the class as 2 activity points.
HAHAHA!
There are a few things they don't have on that list!!
Oh, I went there... ;)
