Okay, this is kind of strange… I just got back to the office and I had a voicemail, so I checked it, and here is what it said:
“Hi C…, my name is … and I’m called from … I have a client looking for an individual and I wanted to touch base with you and talk to you about this job opportunity to see if it would interest you… please give me a call back…”
I am intrigued. My first call from a Headhunter. I am not planning on leaving my job any time soon, but I am curious about how he found me and what this job opportunity is. Should I call him back?

Ya, but I just got his voicemail. I didn't leave a message. I'll try him again before the end of the day.
I'm more curious that anything. I certainly don't want to leave my current job, I would just like to know how he found me and find out what the connection was. And it doesn't hurt to see what else is out there.
I am only 2 months away from submitting my P.Eng. application, so it certainly isn't the time to switch jobs anyways.
