Total so far: down 21.5 pounds
Oops. I had a bad week. I didn't track this week, so I'm sure that's part of the reason for the gain. So, I'm starting fresh this week and getting back to tracking. So, I'm not letting this get to me. I'll keep going and I'm sure I'll lose again next week.
