Total weight loss: 6 pounds
I'm a little baffled at how in my first week, I went over on my points and lost 5.5 pounds, and this week, I have 20 of my extra points left and I only lost 0.5 pounds. Who knows, could be water retention due to the heat wave. Could be salt. I'm not going to worry about it, at least I'm still heading in the right direction!

I bet the 5.5 was a little higher than it should have been so maybe it should have been 4 and 2 or something like that. Either way, 6 pounds in 2 weeks is FANTASTIC!!! Congratulations on the weight loss so far :)
Yes, that is a great loss either way! I think sometimes when you lose so much in a week, your body kind of says, "whoa!" and slows down the next week. As long as the scale is moving the way you want it to, then it's a good thing! :)
