Some hot action last night!

I was awoken last night by several firemen. Too bad they were working on extinguishing a fire across the street! I woke up at about 3:45am this morning to many flashing lights and lots of noise outside. Carlos opened the blinds to look out and the building directly across the street from our house was on fire. We could see the flames coming out of the windows. It is a large building that has been completely renovated this past year and converted to 7 condo units. Luckily, nobody has moved in yet since they are still being renovated. So, naturally, Carlos and I were glued to the window for over an hour while they put out the fire. Okay, I was checking out the firemen... of all the times to be married! :) There are still cop cars out there since they are investigating the cause of the fire. I think that building is cursed or something since there was an attempted murder there a couple years back.

I spent a couple days at the cottage this week, which was fabulous! Now I'm getting ready for the trip to Quebec City; we leave bright and early Monday morning.

That is really crummy that the building set on fire... but at least no one was living there.

Hot firemen (or policemen) are always okay to look at... married or not! ;)

:)

I did that when we had three fire alarms in two days here at work. I had no one to talk to so I just stared at the firemen (and the trucks!).

I hope you guys can get back from Quebec City with no problems... I heard Via Rail is cancelling some runs in preparation for a strike. :(
