I just wanted to share my weigh-in results… I was down 1.5! So, in the last 9 weeks, I have lost a total of 7.5 pounds! My second 5-pound star is in sight! I think I’ve found that the weeks I seem to do the best, are the weeks when I have one or two days when I eat a lot of my flex points. So, for me, it’s better to spend my flex points on one or two meals rather than spread out evenly over the entire week.
Tonight I finally get to do laundry in our new machines… I can’t wait!
Tomorrow, I go back to the plastic surgeon about my finger. I hope he’ll tell me I don’t have to wear the splint anymore. We’ll see! It’s been 9 weeks now since I broke my finger… the tendons should be healed by now!

I'm going to try an experiment over the next few weeks and try using most of my flex points in 1 or 2 days. That way I'll keep my body guessing in terms of how much I eat in any given day.
I have a lot of celebrations in April (mom turns 50, hubby turns 30, Oma turns 80), so I will definitely need to be careful how I plan my flex points!
I think it's definitely a good idea to switch things up. And if something seems to be working (as in the using all your flex for 1 or 2 days) then definitely keep going.
I peeked at the scale this morning (bad, I know) and I'm so far down another pound since Monday. We'll see if that carries on to next weigh-in!

Congrats on your WW sucess. I always used my flex points between friday night and Sunday.
